POSITION
Current HR is seeking a full-time Payroll Expert (i.e. Payroll Specialist) to coordinate daily payroll-related functions, including the processing of client payroll, submitting daily bank files, and assisting clients with timekeeping issues. This position will assist with payroll tax handling and remittance. The Payroll Expert must be analytical, methodical, and organized with experience in payroll administration and a knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.
This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with payroll services and will work directly with clients to assist with their payroll processing needs. The Payroll Expert maintains ongoing relationships with client contacts and acts as a point of contact for payroll services. This individual will work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure quality customer service and payroll support.

WORK TYPE
This is preferably a hybrid position based in Fort Wright, KY. For purposes of team member interactions, the selected individual will be expected to report onsite to our Fort Wright office on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week but can work the remaining scheduled days remotely. A non-local candidate may be considered for remote work, based on experience and qualifications.

COMPENSATION
In the spirit of pay transparency, we can share that the pay range for this position is $45,000-55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
