GENERAL POSITIONS

Current HR is always seeking hardworking professionals to join our team. Although we do not always have positions available, we are happy to collect resumes from individuals interested in joining our team when a position becomes available.

Open positions at Current HR typically fall under one of the following categories: human resources, payroll, or sales. Most of our positions are full-time, but part-time positions do occasionally become available.

HUMAN RESOURCES

HR team members provide support for core HR functions to Current HR’s clients. This includes assisting with the maintenance of the HRIS system, assisting with administering human resource policies and procedures, fielding employee questions and third-party inquiries, coordinating and conducting new hire orientations, providing benefit and compliance support, and assisting with the documentation of HR processes and procedures. HR team members frequently field questions from employees regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, etc. and will work closely with client contacts to provide high-quality HR support and customer service. Our HR professionals are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with products and services and will work directly with clients to assist with their HR needs.

To be a successful member of our human resources team, individuals must have business acumen, strategic thinking, change management flexibility, and strong attention to detail and analytical skills. A successful team member will be a great communicator and collaborator and be adept at building relationships.

PAYROLL

Payroll team members are responsible for coordinating daily payroll-related functions, including the processing of client payroll, submitting daily bank files, assisting clients with timekeeping issues, etc. Payroll positions will assist with payroll taxes handling and remittance. A successful team member must be analytical, methodical, and organized with experience in payroll administration and a knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.

SALES

Sales team members play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Sales members are responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the unique value our consultancy brings to their HR needs. Having an ability to understand clients' challenges, articulate solutions, and close deals will be critical for success. Individuals in these positions must be great communicators and networkers that can smell an opportunity to turn a conversation into a potential sale with a service-led approach to each conversation they have. Sales positions receive a base salary, plus an attractive commission structure (with residuals). Income opportunities are endless - success is rewarded!

WORK TYPE

Most of our positions are hybrid positions based in Fort Wright, KY. For purposes of team member interactions, individuals in a hybrid position are expected to report onsite to our Fort Wright office on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week but typically work the remaining scheduled days remotely.
